This page holds two things: how we care for your information (Privacy Policy), and the agreement for using this site and its teachings (Terms of Use).
Privacy Policy

This site is run by StarMother LLC, based in Fallbrook, California. This section explains what information we collect when you visit or sign up, and what we do with it. If you have questions, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name and email when you sign up for a free teaching, a newsletter, or a purchase. Anything you choose to share in a form, a message, or a community space.
- Purchase details. When you buy something, payment is handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We see what you bought and your billing name and email. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Course and member activity. Which lessons you have opened or completed, so the site can remember your place.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, our platform uses cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember your settings, and show us general visit counts.
How we use it
- To send you what you signed up for, and to give you access to what you bought.
- To send occasional letters and updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave anytime.
- To answer your messages and take care of any problem with an order.
- To understand, in general terms, how the site is used so we can make it better.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help run this site, and only as much as they need to do their job. That includes Kajabi, which hosts this website, our courses, and our emails, and our payment processors. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are on our list or have an account with us, and as long as we need to for records, taxes, or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime. You can also ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. If you live in California or another place with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please write to us and we will delete it.
Terms of Use
By using this site, signing up, or buying anything here, you agree to these terms.
What these teachings are, and what they are not
The songs, stories, circles, rites, and practices offered here are spiritual, cultural, and educational. They are not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or a substitute for either. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a prescription. If you are living with a physical or mental health condition, are pregnant, or are in crisis, please stay in the care of a licensed professional and talk with them before doing practices involving breath, fasting, movement, or strong emotional release. You are responsible for your own choices and for listening to your body.
Your account
Some teachings need an account. Please keep your login to yourself. Access is for you only and may not be shared.
Purchases and access
When you buy a course, membership, or session, you get access as described on that offer. Memberships renew on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
All exchanges are final. Reschedules and special requests are welcome for consideration.
Live circles and sessions
If you miss a 1:1 session, it can be rescheduled. Just reach out and we will find a new time.
Respecting the work
All recordings, writings, songs, and materials on this site belong to StarMother LLC or are shared with permission. They are for your personal practice. Please do not copy, record, resell, or share them publicly, and do not teach them as your own. In circles and community spaces, what others share stays with them. Treat everyone with care. We may remove anyone who harms the space.
Limits
We do our best to keep this site working and the teachings available, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, StarMother LLC is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using this site or its teachings, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the offer involved.
The law that applies
These terms follow the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in San Diego County, California.
Changes to this page
If we change this page, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
