I once felt lost, desensitized, drowning in an anxious purposelessness. It led me to ask what of my birthright and my culture I needed to reclaim. What called me back then carved me into a bridge, so others could turn their wounds into wisdom.
My roots are in Burkina Faso, and I carry Southern African healing ways. My work is ancestral healing, rites of passage, body-centered practice, and dreamwork, for diaspora people finding their way back.
Presence, honor, and heart are the way forward.
