I’ve been immersed in African spiritual traditions since 2012, and supporting others in this work since 2015. Through my own healing, I’ve transformed anxiety, depression, and existential disconnection into clarity, purpose, and cultural rootedness.

My medicine includes prayer as my arrow, song as energy medicine, plantd for clearing and activation, and rites of passage as a pathway for highly sensitive people reclaiming their ancestral wisdom.

I guide folks to reconnect with their intuitive and ancestral gifts through dreamwork, ritual, and ceremony, supporting a return to inner knowing, alignment, and liberation.
